EVERYONE HAS A STORY WORTH REMEMBERING
Inspired by the legend of the Forget-Me-Not, the flower that symbolizes eternal love and remembrance, the Forget-Me-Not Foundation offers individuals facing these types of diagnosis the opportunity to record a video message that will transcend time and space.
In the event of their passing, this message is shared with friends and family as a way to bridge the gap between this life and the next one. A tangible piece of love and wisdom.
All services are provided 100% free of cost, and the only purpose of this foundation is to offer a form of closure, comfort, and immortality to those who may wish to pursue it.
In the face of a life-threatening diagnosis, there’s often an unspoken desire to leave something behind... a message, a piece of oneself that can never be lost or destroyed.

OUR LORE

When my father was diagnosed with esophageal cancer, one of the first things we did was sit down and help him record a video that would allow him to speak when we needed him most.
Words of love for his wife.
Words of advice for his kids.
Words of assurance for his friends.
The Forget Me-Not-Foundation is simply a way to leave behind these important messages, both for the person recording the video and the loved ones who will cherish those words forever.
I believe everyone deserves to write the final chapter in their own story
And our quest is to achieve that goal by offering free legacy videos to help give a voice to the voiceless.
WHAT IS A LEGACY VIDEO?

A legacy video is a filmed interview that records and immortalizes some of your most precious thoughts and feelings. Most importantly, a legacy video is whatever you want it to be. It's your voice, your thoughts, and your words... we just want to be the messengers who make sure it reaches the right ears.
